Majestic Mansions - Apartments At St Clair - Dunedin

I had the worst experience with the bathroom setup. The light switch was just a string hanging from the ceiling, and the shower was a disaster with a flimsy curtain that splashed water everywhere. It felt unsafe and so frustrating!

The location close to the beach was GORGEOUS.

Boutique hotel in a domestic area just off the apartments a wonderfully renovated and the St Clair beach & restaurants. Tastefully decorated & stylish unit with a view.

We recently stayed for four nights at this charming heritage apartment for a family getaway. The location is fantastic, just a short stroll from the beach and good dining options. Our third-floor apartment offered amazing sea views, allowing us to drift off to the soothing sound of waves. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with thick walls ensuring we enjoyed peace and quiet. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the outdoor porch was perfect for sunny afternoons.

I couldn't recommend more this hotel.

Our apartment was generous sized with a great view of the sea. The free parking was onsite, perfect service.

Great location very close to several restaurants, beach and buses, and the airport, could not be better. For tea or coffee visit The Long Dog Cafe nearby. Big size and beautifully designed room, exceptionally comfortable bed. The magnificent view of city...

The location was perfect—just a minute to local bars and cafes, and two minutes to the beach. Our spacious ground-floor apartment had a charming terrace where we enjoyed watching the fan tails. Penny's stylish updates added a lovely touch.

I had a fantastic time at this charming spot! The location is unbeatable-just a quick stroll to the beach and surrounded by awesome cafes and restaurants. The apartment was beautifully decorated and so cozy, especially with that comfy bedding. Plus, having a full kitchen was a huge perk that made meal prep super convenient. Penny, the host, was friendly and helpful, which really added to our experience!

On the downside, the building is a bit older, so the doors and windows rattled a bit when the wind picked up. we noticed some bus noise during early and late hours, but it didn’t ruin our stay. Just a heads-up! I'd definitely recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

Carrying our heavy luggage up all those stairs was a real workout! There's no lift, so it was a struggle. Plus, the parking was tight, making me nervous about scraping the rental car every time we parked. Such a hassle!

Great hosts, met with a huge smile and every effort ensured to make our stay enjoyable. Views of the city and pacific ocean were fantasic.Walking distance to St Clair and St Kilda beaches and of course the hot salt water pools, with cafes and bars tastefully dotted within minutes of Apartments on St Clair. We found as a family, there was ample room, both my wife and I commenting we enjoyed the seperation and space of the individual rooms, making the apartments very family freindly.

The close proximity to the beach, public transport & cafes plus less than 10 minutes easy walk was a grocery & butcher shop etc. The view from the window was awesome.
